Click on "Driver Installation Settings" (Second Option)
    What version of Windows10?

If it's W10 Home I don't know if it gives you an option. W10 Pro does.

I am an Upgrade and having the exact same experiences as Bass.
I just realized something I didn't realize was possible. My upgrade was from Ultimate
Windows 7 but it was to Home...go figure that one.

Yes Windows home is more limited with preventing driver downloads, yet since the past major update it's actually been no issue for me and I run both Pro and Home. Meaning, home has not so much as updated a sound or video driver since install, and past the last large update even on the home version. Of course there are ways to stop it, but I prefer to run "naked" as is just so I can fully see what's going on. I do that with the OS and the UI I keep everything pretty near totally stock other than the privacy settings.

Yeah I was wrong, I originally had Home Premium on here Windows 7 so it is now Home Premium.
And of course I can't effect any changes to driver updates. Actually I am glad there is finally a difference that matters with these other versions of Windows
making them at least worth the higher price.

I hate to go against the grain but, I'm always scratching my head trying to figure out, "What driver update issues?" Keep hearing about this, have never seen anything of it... not my machines nor those of my clients. Least not in the sense that some driver update was problematic.

Then again driver analysers, repairers, checkers & updaters have never been in my toolkit or recommended, either. What need there is for such things is hard to see. Can say the same for 'tools' that mess w/ the Registry.

THIS will allow comparing versions & their Feature differences. Use CORE; Business includes Enterprise OS & Licensing impacts.

    Cheers,
    Drew

Nothing in the original post was/has anything to do with driver updates. What we are referring to is the screen shot on post #19....me and Rich have the exact same issue with certain parts of that screen shot greyed out. Our question was, was this related to the upgrade we did versus a clean install of others.

There's no mention of driver updating software/tools/analyzers. You should have read the whole thread and not just the last few posts on the 2nd page.
