    Hello friends.
I started to download Windows 10 and during the process I had a change of heart, for my printer would
not work at all under this new Windows.
Now my computer is sluggish and all kind of problems and for certain it is not operating normally. Do not know how much better to explain this problem.

Hello Mick and Welcome to Computer Help Forums.
What operating system are you using and how far into the process did you get before you cancelled?

Hi Mick. You must have download all of Windows10 to realize your printer wouldn't work.
If you only downloaded half of it, it would automatically revert to Windows 7, because of non completion.
Have you tried to roll back?

You say your PC is sluggish with all sorts of problems.
Can you give us a clue what problems you are having?
