Can you logon as another User? In Safe Mode?

How to Start Vista in Safe Mode -

    - StartUp Repair

Maybe try this then check out those files.

Turning on the Administrator account is straightforward.

First, open an elevated command prompt by typing

cmd into the Search box on the Start menu, right-clicking

the command prompt icon that appears at the top of the

Start menu, then selecting Run as administrator .

Then enter this command and press Enter:

    Net user administrator /active:yes

From now on, the Administrator account will appear as an

option on the Welcome screen, along with any user accounts

you may have set up. Use it like any other account. Be aware

that it won't have a password yet, so it's a good idea to set a

    password for it.

If you want to disable the account and hide it, enter this

command at an elevated command prompt and press Enter:

    Net user administrator /active:no

    AutoLogon - Start - Search - netplwiz

Highlight User Name - Uncheck Users must enter a User Name and Password

Provide Password when prompted or hit enter if no password

How to Enable or Disable the Real Built-in Administrator Account

  4. Can you please describe the actions leading up to it (or is it just random)
if it is random when restarting your computer press F8 and select "the last
    known configuration that worked"

    @James Matthew
No it is not random, let me describe how it goes.
I press power button -> starting screen -> loading of window vista ->
login screen prompt (where I am suppose to type my password and log on)
*This is where I ALWAYS got my bluescreen error, about 5~10 second after
    login screen appears*
I have restarted computer several times to comfirm that.

    @Spirit
I dont have an alternate user account since i dont need it,and i dont
    see how this helps...=(

Does anyone got a better complete guide to post here while I am trying
    out those from website?=)

    Hi,

You have a driver problem, did you update one recently? As you are unable to
login via normal mode, you might want to try booting to the command line and
running system restore (rstrui.exe) to date prior to the update.

Dear Uncyclopedia , seems like the issue is with your user profile or
with any 3rd party program / service that is causing teh problem. U said
that safe mode works perfectly so boot up in SMWN and then disable all
the startup items and services from msconfig. reboot your system in
normal mode and see what happens. Is the issue is resolved then try to
get into the startup list once again and carefully enable the startup
items one by one... you will get the culprit

why do you need to logon anyway, waste of time, my Vista boots in seconds
w/o asking for passwords, automaticlaly select sme as user and waits zero
seconds to Echo commands execution, of course I am th eonly user here so...
but I set password in BIOS.
Who really cares for Windows user loging which ca be defeated by even an
average hacker, or computer knowledgeable person like myself?

But try defetaing IBM/Hitachi harddisk password - something even
manufacturer will refuse EVEN if you prove you're the owner
Why do people bother with Windows logging on/off joke of protection, it's
    not real.

The real protection is in BIOS + harddisk, BIOS vcan be defeated too by
resetting things I won't mention on this Newsgroup to avoid spreading
dangerous knowldge, but Harddisk - only if you pay someone huge bucks can
you reset that one, and you need many forms of identification. That's real,
more real than Windows loging joke.
Quit using passwords in Windows, save time, use BIOS password instead.

    Jew Freaking Boy.
