Since im posting in a vista forum, its logical that most of you idiot
vista fanbois have no clue about what the Turning test is.

    What is the Turing test:

It proceeds as follows: a human judge engages in a natural language
conversation with one human and one machine, each of which tries to
appear human. All participants are placed in isolated locations. If the
judge cannot reliably tell the machine from the human, the machine is
said to have passed the test. In order to test the machine's
intelligence rather than its ability to render words into audio, the
conversation is limited to a text-only channel such as a computer
    keyboard and screen.[

What is the customized Turnig test for Frank?

The same experiment, but instead of computer and human you would have
    monkey and frank.
If the judge would not be able to reliably tell the monkey from frank,
then frank is stupid as a monkey.

PS. Because I am sure frank is stupider than a normal monkey I propose
bringing in a monkey suffering from down syndrome to make things even.

PS2. If you but Frank, and SPank de moron, they would prove equally
stupid and the judge would leave the room in a rage for wasting his time
with 2 morons of this magnitude.

the Alan Turing test NOT turning. The turning test is altogether different.
"step out of the car sir" "turn round and put your hands on the car" If you
fall over dead drunk you have said to have failed the 'turning test'
