    Hi,

That type of shutdown is initiated by the system hardware to prevent damage,
usually due to an overheating condition. It won't allow you to restart until
the condition has been corrected. In most cases, this would be after a
cooling off period. You need to open the case and clean the fans and most
likely the processor heat sink. Vents should be cleared of debris and the
tower placed where there is good air circulation.
