    Acronis True Image, Norton Ghost, HDClone ...

    Or you could go for a virtual solution. VMWare offers tools to create a
    virtual disc from a physical disc. You can then run that virtual disc using
    their player or workstation software.

    There is a big difference if you intend to use the clone for backup purposes
    or for mirror purposes. In the latter case, network settings might have to
    be changed and new software licenses might be required.

    I would use something like arcsofts imaging software. It can do bit for bit
    images and has helped me a few times
