    Hello all.
I've installed Vista in German and Italian, and i noticed that the
    "help" appears as question mark.
E.g in Internet Explorer Menu, in Claculator, Internet Explorer Help
combo-box (top right corner) and i guess in more places.
    Where can i report it?

doesn't look like a bug, maybe you didn't install correct Language packs,
maybe your Windows and/or this application (IE?) wasn't localized properly
for Italo-German region, maybe other language settings set wrong, because
German & Italian are very important languages and I don't expect bugs there.

You can expect a bug in Swahili, but not in German, it's a major customer
(Germany), hey I haved relatives in Aachen, near Austrian border!

In Internet Explorer, at least, you can customize this

Right-click command bar > Customize Command Bar > Show selective text OR
    Show Only Icons etc

or the equivalent in the language you're using
