Blue Screen error

    Hi I get a Blue screen error on sertain games ill post the the details
    on errors now the games that it does not ocur on is Warcraft3 and world
    of warcraft the games that it does occur on is COD4 COD5 Crysis.
    My system is

    AMD athlon™ 64 x2 dual core 4600+
    Ram 2gigs
    OS : Vista Ultimate 64-bit
    GFX : Asus GTX 275 896mb

    The error that ocurs here are the details

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:

    I also left an attactment to the DMP file please could you help Ive
    updated my drivers to try and fix the problem and yet it has not

    Another things is one of the rams i have is faulty when i format i have
    to remove it in order to format orels it cant install windows could the
    ram also be the source of problem?
