bind services and clients

    hello
    how can i bind client and services in view advanced connection setting
    dialog box?

    *my experience is :*

    > We use this dialog box to giving priority for every network connection.
    > in advanced setting dialog box, in adapters and binding Tab,we can bind
    > protocols by their functions for us in every services and clients.

    can we bind services and clients by provider tab for all connections?
