So are you still getting the message about multiple indistinguishable devices?

I'm thinking you have more than one drive and for whatever reason it's confusing windows.

Please confirm how many hard drives you have, then disconnect any hard drive other than the C drive.

Leave the ssd connected, but take out one of the connectors for your spin type hard drive. What happens now when you try to boot?

This is taking too long, I cannot for the life of me get this hard drive to move so I can get to the wires. There are no screws stopping it, but it refuses to move and therefore the wires refuse to move

Unplug it from the motherboard instead.

So you disconnected what drive exactly?

Do you know for sure if it's the SSD drive that has Windows installed, or the Spin drive? Both maybe?

The ssd has windows on it. I discconected a cable connected to the HDD, and this is where we are now.
I assume it's something to do with the boot sequencd

We'll see what others have to say, but at this point, with the seemingly mounting file errors, I would leave the hdd disconnected and re-install W10.

Well the bios menu is now just a black screen with a bleeping cursor thing. So, I'm going to assume that this computer doesn't intend on working again.

    Thanks anyway...

At this point, you may have to reinstall Windows on that SSD.

In your first post, you said:
I've seen where an older system board with bad capacitors will cause a computer to restart when it's asked to Shut Down. How old is your system board? Do you see any puffy capacitors on it?

Here's an image I found. It shows a puffy capacitor. The tops are normally flat, not puffed up.

Ah well, I have yet to check, but I can say that it doesn't always restart. In fact after getting rid of a corrupt hard drive and getting an ssd it hadn't restarted.
Then I got a blue screen and ever since that crash it restarts...

    So what's happening now?

Also, you said you replaced a few parts. What was replaced and did you replace the parts yourself?

Well, the graphics card, the ram, obviously the psu because of the new card. Then if you want to count it, then the hdd was removed a while back due to corruption, and replaced with an ssd, that drive has since been formatted and added back in but is completely empty.

Otherwise, the motherboard / cpu are the same as when I got them

And no, I don't remember when I got them
