And it won't come from Automatic Updates. You gotta know about it and go
    find the workaround.

Or roughly translated, MS see file sharing as a threat to their evil empire
    and wish to discourage it.

Again, only the preview releases of Win7 are affected, not the final release
which is already out as a 90 day trial :)

Vista is affected. Don't worry, there will be a few for Windows 7 and
they will appear with great regularity.

Been running Windows forever and never have had any issues due to
vulnerabilities or viruses by just asserting common sense when it comes to

The fact that there are hundreds of thousands of Windows machines in
netbots tells me that most people don't have your "common sense". The
fact that 3 out of 5 windows boxes are infected is a clear sign as well.

A man is bringing a Windows box over here in a few minutes and it's
    chock full of malware.

NOW, had all these people who lack your "common sense" were to use
Linux, none of them would be infected.

    See the difference, sport?

So you buy Windows to play games on, and when you finish playing your game,
you restart your PC and boot into Ubuntu to do everything else? What if you
decide to play a game again 10 minutes later, another reboot into Windows?
