I use Win7 and when I go to YouTube the Search Bar is all white and it does not show up.
And my Text does not show up in the Search Bar when I type.

Now I can type my Search and Hit Enter and it finds it but I can not see my Words I type in.

And like I say my YouTub Sear Bar is white and the Box does not show up.

It looks like a Blank White spot whare the Search Bar should be.

Is this a YouTube thing I use iE11 and it never happened.

It is definitely not a YouTube "thing".
Can you take a screenshot and show us exactly what you mean?
I am using IE11 and that is not what I see.

I am on Windows 10, and I just tried it with IE11 and Edge and it's ok. From time on rare occasions I had noticed this with various operating systems and browsers with a few sites, and it definitely appeared to be website specific. One thing you can try is clearing browser cache/history and resetting IE defaults then try to reload the page.

    Sorry everything is OK again.
I think it was one of these goofy things.

    Sorry again.
