Xbox One party chat problems will ‘get better,’ Microsoft promises

Microsoft says it’s working to fix several issues with its Xbox One party chat service. The new and improved chat, that debuted as a separate app on the console, allows gamers to chat with up to seven friends during gameplay. However, Xbox One owners have reported several issues with the service, including the inability to connect to friends on occasions and restrictions on using the service while playing certain titles.

"I had a meeting today about much of this and I can say that things will get better," says Microsoft’s Larry Hryb (Major Nelson), in a post on Reddit.
