    Dougie: went to link. Read FAQ. Saw in Tools>Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> ; checked 'enable third party browser extensions"> restarted IE........VOILA ! WOT NOW THERE ! It WAS enabled but needs to be checked as above in IE 8. NOW it is WORKING.
