Windows Time error 1079

    I am trying to set workstations to server time by enabling windows time on my
    2003 server dc ( I also have a 2000 dc runnning ad). I get the error 1079
    that says the account is differnet from other services that is running the
    same process.
    Anyone know how to fix this?
