Windows Startup Not Working

    My computer will not start up and Windows startup repair doesn't work. It also doesn't respond when I press F10 or F11 on the opening screen. Here is the information given by Windows in the startup recovery details panel:

    1) 6.1.7600.16385
    2) 6.1.7600.16385
    3) Unknown
    4) 21200958
    5) Auto Failure
    6) 13
    7) Corrupt File

    OS: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.2561
