windows server 2008 r2 hyper-v: cannot shutdown/restart

Hi everyone,

I just installed 2008 r2 RTM build on a server with an asus
motherboard and an external raid controller.
I'm having the exact same issue described here:



I tried some workarounds that I found on the net, e.g. replace USB
keyboard with PS/2, disable power management in bios... next step
would involve magic
Is there any known solution?
