Windows Server 2003 Security Update Removal

I am trying to remove security update Exchange2003-KB931832. I went to remove
the update and I received an error saying this update was not installed
properly or already remove, do you want to remove it from the add-remove
programs list. I removed it from the list. However I wanted to reinstall the
patch so that I could uninstall it properly. However after installing the
patch it does not show up in the add-remove programs list. (And yes "Show
Updates" is selected) I have restarted the server and installed the update
multiple times and it won't show. Is there anyway of manually removing that
patch that does not involve the add-removes program?

Are you running Exchange Server 2003, Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1,
Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2, or Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 3?
    Enterprise or Standard?

Why do you want to remove KB931832?

Sorry, I should have included that information. It's an SBS 2003 Server
running Exchange 2003 Standard SP2. My Backup Exec 10d backups started
failing last week and I found several references to people saying that
particular update causing the issue I'm having. Backup Exec says Access is
Denied when trying to backup the Information Store.

I installed and ran the cleanup utility. However it does not display any of
    the exchange updates.

I ran a script to find the timeline for all updates installed and these are
    the latest updates installed.
    04/28/2009 09:55 AM 24,311 KB959426.log
    05/07/2009 11:05 AM 4,421 KB961143.log
    06/16/2009 09:22 AM 5,939 KB969898.log
    07/16/2009 07:11 AM 24,855 KB931832.log
The last one, KB931832 is the one I'm trying to remove and it doesn't show
up in Add/Remove Programs or the Installer Cleanup Utility.
