Windows Server 2003 r2 std x64 sp2 VSS problem

    hello group,

    i want to backup an win 2k3 r2 std x64 server with sp2 (no ad functions).

    if i want to backup the system state with ntbackup or other 3.par. sw i got
    an error.

    event 4354:<!--coloro:blue--><span style="color:blue <!--/coloro-->

    and event 12302 witch says that there is an internal conflict in the vss
    system.

    i ve tried the ms kb article KB940032 and KB940184 but they dont help me to
    solve the problem
