Hi i am trying to install Windows 2003 Perfomance monitor on a 64 bit server.

    I get the following error

This setup requires the .NET Framework version 1.1.4322. Please install the
..NET Framework and run this setup again. The .Net Framework can be obtaned
from the web. Would you like to do this now?

I have downloaded orca and tried the altering the MSI file as per following
    webpage

    http://geekswithblogs.net/pavelka/archive/2006/02/14/69425.aspx

Basically what i would like to know isthis:

1 -Can i install version 1.1.4322 as i already have version 2.0 of .Net
    Framework and version 3.0?

2 - Is there any free Software out there which i can monitor a 64 bit server
for peaks/spikes in Network, processor and memory. I have tried solar windws
options but this involes configuration of ip adress to routers etc . ALl i
want is basic stand alone monitoring of my Windows 2003 server.

    Any assitance greatly appreciated
