Discussion in 'Windows Home Server' started by kumarvarma via WinServerKB.com, May 8, 2009.

  1. Hi,

MY Server is loaded with windows server 2003 R2 standard edition with 32 bit.
Fax server role also configured on my server.

When i am trying to Print any fax with Adobe PDF printer the fax is saving as
    a Balnk document.

Even i am printing the same Fax to MY local printer attached to my server
also Balnk pages are coming from the printer.

Even i updated all the Latest updates for Adobe also. Adobe 7.0 Standard
    version installed on my server.

Please kindly let me know the solution for my problem.

  2. Hello kumarvarma via WinServerKB.com,

Did you try to create a .pdf on the server to exclude Adobe?

Normal printing is no problem i assume, so you can exclude driver problems?

    Best regards
