    Hi All,

From past few weeks, i am facing issues in our office environment. We
have windows 2000 professional clients all of sudden all the clients
are giving error while login on to clients.

"windows cannot load your profile please increase the registry size
    and restart the computer... "

There was no updates push on clients neither any update was installed.

I have tried to increase the registry by modifying the registry keys:

    set your PagedPoolSize to 0xffffffff

    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory
    Management

But still face issues on all the clients?

To resolve the issue we have no other option other than rebuild.

Please help us to resolve the issue

What operating system version on the server? Are these roaming profiles?
What happens if you create a new domain user account and logon with that?
You mentioned "from the past few weeks" then "all of sudden". What is the
history here and what does the event log tell you on clients and server?
