Windows Firewall!

    My windows firewall wont turn on it says because of group and i dont know how to fix that because i dont know much about the groups! Can someone please give me some things to try! please thank you! because i also cannot get on my gmail for some reason it says page cannot be displayed and it really bugs me that i have to use the computer at the ymca and i cannot check my email on google mail at home! Thank You So Much!For The Help!

    Do you know if your account at home is an administrator account? and can you access other websites besides gmail?
