windows can't start

    today I working in my computer normally, sundelly get frezze, I turn off and turn on again, but appear a window say:
    windows can't start normally and give 5 options
    safe mode
    safe mode wit networking
    safe mode with command prompt
    last know good configuration (your most recent setting that working)
    start windons normally

    I try this five options, but always I get this windows, I dont know what happens.
    I turn off and turn on with the cd XP inside, but not working too.

    please what I can't do.
