    A second look at an evolving chapter about Xbox Music
    Here, finally, is the long-overdue second update to the Music chapter in Windows 8.1 Book. This update was delayed by a variety of events, including business related to the back-to-back releases of Windows 8.1 and Microsoft's second-generation Surface devices. But just when I was getting ready to post the update last week, something else happened: Microsoft updated the Xbox Music app! So here we are, late, but forging ahead nonetheless.
