About a year ago I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 32 bit. I got the upgrade cd, so it is not the full windows 7 version. I love Windows 7, but have had this computer for about 4 years and have been upgrading it as I go and thus have created some strange issues with my computer. I think the best way to solve these problems and get my computer running more smoothly would be to just completely wipe my computer and start clean. The question I have, can I do this even tho I only have the upgrade version of Wndows 7, and if so, what would be the best way to go about it? Thanks in advance.

Yes it can be done, there is a detailed explanation here.
When you get to the part of the install that wants to know which drive to install to, you can format the partition/drive for a clean install through Custom (advanced) -> Drive options (advanced).
I find the best way is to delete the partition/drive you are going to install to then recreate it although you can just format it if you wish.
