Windows 7 PC freezing

Hi everyone,
ive just received my Cyberpower Blackpearl last week. After using it for a few days i noticed that oppening certain progreams or doing certain thing on google chrome will freeze my computer. Opening the newest version of skype would freeze my computer. I thought it was a problem with the newest version of skype at first but, ive now tried to watch live streams on Youtube and to read messages on Facebook. All of these things are freezing my computer.

For more details on how it freezes. It starts off as freezing only the video and the keyboard wont respond. I can move mouse but not click. After that Audio will freeze and so will mouse. When this happens i can't do anything and am forced to power off computer manually.

Any help would be really appreciated, if you need clarification or more details feel free to ask,

Considering this is a brand new computer and giving this problem straight out of the box, send it back under warranty, there are a few components of hardware such as faulty RAM sticks that could be the cause and these will definitely be covered by that warranty.

Could the video card do this. Be cause I ordered the computer in November and had it sent back 6 times . Finally last month they replaced the entire computer but I only got the working product last week.. My point is almost every time I sent it back it was a faulty video card.
I have a AMD r9 290x

 

It could be but more than likely i5ts caused by an inadequate power supply I would bet.

 

Ok, how would i check for that. My computer currently has a 750 Watt power supply

Hi, that is the correct and current version of Speccy, when it first opens, it shows the summary, click on the blue word "Motherboard", it should show a listing similar to what Cindy has shown.
However some motherboards and BIOS systems do give slightly different listings. Mine for example does not show the 12 volt one at all.

Well actually I want to know the brand name and model of psu so if you take the side off the case the box has a plate on the side and your main power cord plugs into it which is how you can tell you have the right thing.

Ok im currently using a Corsair TX750 as PSU.

As for voltage, i gott my information at that location

 

To answer your two questions:
I received the computer with windows 7 already installed. So I never had to install it or reinstall it at all.

3) I paid to receive my computer with windows 7 because I wasn't interested in windows 8.

When I received the computer it didn't come with a windows 7 disk, key or download link/instructions.
