Windows 7 - blue screen of death problems :/ please help!

    Hey, I've been using my laptop for a few years now and recently (for the last year) it has been completely freezing up whenever I try to do something, such as play a video game or watch videos or even surf the net. I have no clue why it is doing this. I have taken it into the local Best Buy where I bought it and they said it was a hard drive problem... so they upgraded my hard drive. Its still happening... below is the report that I get whenever I start up my laptop after I have to manually turn it off whenever it freezes:
