Win 98 start up help

    Hello Everyone,
    I have an old P166 Gataway that I left in the basement for about 10 month after I bought a new PC. Last week, I hooked up it again hoping to find an old file I had. It did not start and asked for the start up disk. When I start it with the Win 98 start up disk, I got a error message saying that the hard drive is not partitioned (no FAT32). I was able to run SCANDISK.exe for drive C from the MS-DOs prompt and it said no errow was detected.

    Could any one help me as what to do next so I could recover some of the files I had in the old machine?
