Where is the Server 2003 newsgroup on the web?

the "general" forum on the web says that it's strictly for 2008, and the
link that it gives for 2003, isn't for a 2003 newsgroup.

Ok. I thought I had seen in the past, a Server 2003 specific group, but I
guess not.
