What's the latest VSS rollup?

    As subject really, we're running a fully patched (via Windows Update)
    32bit 2003 R2 SP2 box and I'm encountering a few VSS issues.

    The latest patch I can see is Article ID: 940349.

    Oh, and as an aside, with patches such as that one which "may" require a
    reboot, is there a way to tell in advance if it will?
