What overall letter grade would you give Microsoft for their progress with Windows 10 so far?

    Windows 10 was released into the world for Windows 7 and 8.1 PCs everywhere on 29 July 2015.

    It's first significant update, branded the November Update, was released just a couple of weeks ago on the 12th of November and was made available through Windows Update and the Media Creation Tool (MCT) from Microsoft.
