what is HTTP 404 error iexplorer & WER.tmp.dir01.sysdata.xml error

    I have rec'd error msg. C:\DOCUME 1\LOCALS 1\TEMP\WER.tmp.dir01\sysdata.xml & \WER48.tmp.dir00\iexplore.exe.mdmp

    Computer is starting to behave very badly & only getting worse, it is very very slow & sometimes non-responsive. I have ran the virus scans, registry cleaners, spyware/adware programs, prefetch ;) , & I'm at a loss, don't know what the problem is. Help, plz...

    When computer boots up, my System32 folder appears.... hmmmm something very wrong with that picture....lol

    Clear you temp internet files and see if that clears it up.
