WETC Download

I hope someone at MS is paying attention and realizes what a powerful tool
WETC has been for many of us doing large scale software/computer migrations.
Without something like this we'll be tempted to start cloning XP onto our new
computers from the old ones.

I have tried all the links available. I am seeing post regarding the
withdrawal of WETC. Has it been released again? I have no way of getting many
of my programs from to my new Vista computer. What do I do????
