VSS Errors

    Hi all this is my first time posting,

    I am posting this because I am having VSS issues with my server running
    server 2003 R2, I have very little experience with anything related to
    VSS so any general hints would be greatly appreciated, I receive several
    copies of the same three errors, several times a day.

    any hints in the right direction would be greatly appreciated, thanks

    Volume Shadow Copy Service error: A critical component required by the
    Volume Shadow Copy service is not registered. This might happened if an
    error occurred during Windows setup or during installation of a Shadow
    Copy provider. The error returned from CoCreateInstance on class with
    CLSID {122e0bab-dae0-4285-b708-eb4974409279} and Name HWPRV is
    [0x80040154].
