Vosterin Virus

My pc is infected with the Vosterin Highjacker Virus. I have tried to remove it with Adware Cleaner, Malwarebytes, and Avast Boot time scan but nothing removes it. I tried Spy Hunter software and they apparently found it but to remove it they want me to sign up for a subscription. I cannot do that as I have no credit cards or way to pay living where I do. Is there any way I can remove it? Thanks
