I have VLC Media Player and it works good for everything.

But I go to View and click Advanced Controls and the Exrta controls do not show.

So I go into Custom settings and go throught it.

I click on Advanced Wigets because this is ware all the Extra controls are that will show up.
So I make sure my controls are picked that I want to be my Advanced controls.

You click onb a controle you want and Drag it to the Bar.

This is how you make your Advanced controle menu.

I click close and go back to my VLC media player and click View and Advanced controls and nothing show up.

I know I can un install and re in stall but I know I am missing something.

    I hope somebody can help?

Not being funny here when I say this:
Are you sure they're not showing?
Clicking on View >> Advanced Controls doesn't bring up a menu in that area.

When the Advanced Controls are active, they show down the bottom left of the screen:

    They are:
    Record
    Take a snapshot
Loop from point A to point B continuously
    Frame by Frame.

    nothing spectacular at all.

Have just added the 'Information' button to my Advanced Controls with no problem.

Tools >> Customize Interface >> Advanced Widget

I ended up Un Installing VLC and I got the new Media Player Clasic Home Cenima 2016.

I love it it plays all Formats like VLC and so FARE looks good to me.

    But one thing????
I did go through the Option to setup the File Formats and restart the pc.

All of my VLC PlayLists have the Media Player Icon and when I Dabble click it they open Media Player Clasic but say Cant Fin File.

I know I have to make all new PlayList this is no big thing.
But is there a way to get it to play VLC PlayList?
    PS thanks for the help.
