Hi Ben.Welcome to Computer Help Forums.
Are you familiar with this email address at all?
Often a typo will give you this message.
What Error code did you receive?
    Presume you have Google Mail?

Please don't miss DSTM's questions above. This could be one of a few things. 1) sometimes they'll change the reply-to to you but it wasn't sent from your account. You can tell from the email header. Look at who it was "sent" from and who the "reply-to" is set to. You may need to view the email header to see it...what kind of email are you using? It's different on different systems so I can't provide instructions until I know what software or website you are using. 2) Immediately change your email password in case your account is hacked and used by spammers and see if that stops it. Make sure it's a complex password (e.g. numbers, letters, capital letters, symbols) and try to do it from a system you believe does not have a virus on it.

We will adjust how we approach this based on your answers to DSTM's and my questions.

    Thanks!
