What kind of file is it Gunnner? Is there some reason why you cannot simply post these test results as a screenshot much as you have with others.

That is really referencing the Modem that they are supplying to you and while we have not seen the results all it will tell you is that your modem is operating according to standards established. You have already posted a speed test that shows that you are probably getting the download speeds that you are paying for. (1Mb) that should be sufficient for you to obtain normal results while navigating the forum.

It seems to me that the problem lies somewhere along the path that is being created on its way to here and back. Bob has suggested that you change your DNS server. I am not sure whether or not you can simply use a different server when you are on satellite broadband.

Firefox should check spelling automatically in your saved language (English US would be your default) I wonder when you last updated it if you havnt used it that much. The current version is 3.5.7 Go to help in firefox and clcik check for updates. Allow all updates and, I suspect, you will not only have spell check but a better browser as well.

Spell check will work for any text entry box (like this one) that allows for more than one line of text.

Also you might have ti right Click on an open Text window, and towards the bottom is a check spelling option, make sure that there is a tick next to it, tou can toggle the spelling check on and off by pressing CRTL and S together as well,

Bellow the check spelling when you right click there is also a languages option, mouse over that and it should give you the choice of United States or United Kingdom

I use United Kingdom as England is obviously the home of English and so the correct spellings, and the United states is all wrong spellings ;)
