VERIZON AOL MAIL ENDED

    Since opened and got "502 Bad Gateway" message I assume Verizon AOL mail just ended, no doubt because I did not buy anything when POP mail verizon ended. So now will rely upon g mail on Thunderbird unless any other web-based mail is recommended. Frankly, glad to see all of this go. Recall someone saying even AOL mail would not be around for long.

    That is odd , Cindy. It DOES seem to still work. I will keep trying. Maybe you will still be my friend here if I can stop asking these stupid questions and research things more thoroughly before I speak. I just did not know what this message meant and it did not seem to work for me at the time and I thought it was done.

    I just googled the meaning of "502-Bad Gateway" and understand now it was not as drastic as I feared. Should have done that to begin with. I used verizonAOL several times to send mail to myself and others and it really is still working.
