    Hi,

I've been trying many times with this update on Windows 2003 R2 x64 with
Exchange installed and always failed. Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Pete

  2. Hello PeteD,

Did you try it manual or from windowsupdate, if windowsupdate, which error
code is displayed? The server runs SP2?

    Best regards

  6. Hello PeteD,

According to this message "Missing file sp2gdr\wow\wavifil32.dll" i would
try to download the patch manual and try again to install.

    You find it here:

Additional stop the automatic update service and delete the C:\winodws\softwaredistribution
folder and start the service again. The folder structure will be rebuilt.
Sometimes broken updates are stored here that prevent installations of other
    ones.

    Best regards
