My first post on the Forum. I have repeatedly and unsucessfully tried to remove a program named [B IncrediMail XE [/B] from Windows Control Panel. After clicking on remove, a message filling much of the screen appears and offers three choices to me.
    Repair
    Upgrade
    Uninstall
Other words appear after each these choices but for brevity's sake I leave them out.
When I UNINSTALL nothing happens or sometimes the screen locks down. This has never happened to me and I hope that someone can come up with a solution. When I click on the Support on the Control Panel, there is no information. The program is still there.
    Help please.

You might want to try a repair or reinstall first. Then uninstall. It sounds like some of the information added to the programs registry is missing causing the uninstall to fail. A repair or reinstall should fix it.

I did a repair of "Incredimail XE",then I was successful in uninstalling it from the Control Panel.
Thanks for the advice. Very impressive to have the problem solved so soon after posting.
