TS recently started

Hi friends, I planning that at least 4 users connect to a Terminal
Server and work with our ERP and check corporate email, Can you
recommend me a Basic Configuration Manual for this Terminal Server? or
if localy this server already have installed Office, ERP Client,
Outlook, etc, every Terminal Sesion that initiate can use all of this
resources without major problems?
