:) Yes re-install your [acronym='Operating System']OS[/acronym], problem is that they use different ways to detect if you have used it before, some even ask you to register to use it.

So the easiest way is if you like it, and use it regularly then buy it, or if you tell us what it is we might be able to point you in the direction of something similar with a freeware or shareware license.

If you are thinking of cracks and hacks we will be more than happy to remove the Virus that you will install. unless you are really lucky and get the one in a million that works, but if your that lucky do the lottery.

Just don't ask about them here as we will refuse to aid you until you come crawling back with a virus from your attempts! :p

A lot of trial software allows you to install it, but, doesn't allow you to save your work. All trial software is limited in some way. It is after all a trial just to make sure it runs on your OS.

not sure if it's the ability to Back up your DVD's or store them on HDD to feed through to your TV without the hassle of having to sort through disks, or the file conversion ability.

But take a look here see if any are of any use to you

    http://download.cnet.com/windows/dvd-software/

But if you let us know what exactly you wish or use Fab DVD for then I'm sure someone will be able to point you in the direction of the best places to look
so long as it's for legal purposes and you don't intend to break any copyright laws.
