TP sequence prediction risk on windows server 2003

Hi guys

We did an security scan on our servers using a three party software and
a "TCP Sequence Prediction" risk has been detected on some of our
servers. A reference on this risk is at



Somehow, I did not managed to find any article from microsoft on this
issue. Does anyone has any idea if this risk is valid for windows 2k3
servers or any article on mirosoft?
