    Example "duh" factor:

    - MS needs new marketing company
    ..most people would agree with that.


    - MS needs new company wide brand focus/redo
    .. recent articles would agree..

    or

    - Gadget maker/wizard that supports regular html gadgets?
    (=make way easier)

    - A blue Office theme for Vista
    .. might help offset negative reviews? what would it hurt?



    What do you think are - completely obvious - things that MS should do / be doing?
