Terminal server profile Ntuser.dat locked

Hello,

We run a terminal server envioronment with 100 users, and we have the
problem that the ntuser.dat of one user is locked. sometimes its going well
for like 3 weeks, and sometimes for just 1 day, the only sollution we've
found till now is to reboot the server, but this is ofcourse not what we
want.

does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

do you have user profile hive clean up service running on the TS?

just for the case you don't:


if installed and running, the service will close still open handles in the
hive on logoff and log the key in question and the owner process to the
event log.
