Hi Guys,I am having issues with SAS.Last Popup Visable, before finish of startup and Hangs.
Same when shutting down,SAS Popup box again and have to wait till the progression bar finishes, before the OS Shuts down fully.
I have come to the conclusion that SAS is a reason for Slow startups and Shutdowns,in my case.
Anyone else experiencing this issue with SAS?
    Same on 3 Computers.
Time to do some time tests,I think.

Can you explain the issue a little bit into more detail? I really don't understand what you are saying it's doing. I'm not having any issues with SAS.

    Dougie,

I am running SAS Pro on nine desktops and notebooks. (Exception: Mbam Pro on my Win 7 RC, SAS incompatible)

If you are running SAS Pro, it could be you need to check your scan settings, (Boot-Up and Shut Down) If you are

using the free version, there is no real time protection and you have to manually update. As Dee indicated, she isn't

having any problems and neither am I, thankfully. :) More detail would be great! :agree::eek: Thanks, Dougie.

    Thanks Cindy.
I will explain, what I did to resolve the issue.
I kept getting Pop Ups, saying SAS was still running, every time I shut the Computers down.
Same type, as the ones one gets when ctfmon.exe pops up occassionally.
I uninstalled SAS from all Computers, and reinstalled again.
Now the issue has gone, and all behaving great.
I have SAS Pro on this PC, and SAS free, on the other 2 Computers.
I think SAS is a marvellous program, and wouldn't be without it.:)
