Strange File Sharing issue

I have a strange file sharing issue. I have a share on our EMC SAN that
houses our TS profiles. I have several servers that are unable to get to it
via netbios name or fqdn, however if they use \\IP Address it works fine. If
you ping via the fqdn or netbios name it resolves appropriately. Anyone seen
this before? This is a Windows 2k3 sp 1 server running citrix and the
Navision client. This server can get to other CIF shares just fine, it's only
that one that is problematic. Nothing in the event log is helpful.

It's a bit difficult to tell without additional information with what's going on.

    Do you use WINS?
If so, is there a an entry in WINS for the 2003 server name?
Is the 2003 server a DC?
On the servers that cannot get to it, and if you are using WINS in the environment, are they configured to use the WINS server?
On the servers that cannot get to it, are they configured only with the internal DNS server(s) hosting your internal zone, or do they have a mix of internal DNS and ISP DNS servers IP addresses in their IP configs?
On the servers that cannot get to it, are they multihomed?
Is the 2003 server hosting the share multihomed?

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all of the following in order to get a better idea of your infrastructure, as well as for comparison.

The 2003 server hosting the share.
A server that can get to the share by NetBIOS name and FQDN
A server that can't access the share by NetBIOS name or FQDN

    Thanks,
