Currently, on win 2003.. i use webdrive to map a network drive to our offsite
dedicated server, where the logs are stored, via ftp..

Webdrive only has the option of running at login, ie: someone has to be
    logged in..

In conjunction i use smartsync, to sync the files, in one direction down to
    our local server.

I'm now moving on to a new server, with 2008 server.. does anyone know of an
alternative way of doing this, to avoid having the user logged in?

Any other software packages that may work in one shot and as a service?

One thought might be, foldershare, but i'm pretty sure you have to be logged
in and that requires an extra layer to go through on each end, not just the
    one end.

    Thanks
